TradeScenario provides software tools and informational content only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

All outputs (signals, scenarios, SL/TP levels, position size examples, news summaries) are hypothetical and educational. They do not account for your personal financial situation, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance.

2. You are solely responsible

• You alone decide whether to open, hold, or close any position.
• You alone are responsible for orders placed on your exchange account.
• You are responsible for compliance with tax, reporting, and licensing obligations in your jurisdiction.
• The operator of TradeScenario does not control your exchange account and cannot recover lost funds.

3. Market risks

• Volatility. Crypto prices can move sharply in seconds. Leveraged products can amplify losses beyond your initial margin.
• Liquidity. Slippage and gaps may cause execution far from displayed prices.
• 24/7 markets. Positions can change while you are offline.
• Exchange risk. Exchanges may halt trading, delist pairs, change API rules, or suffer outages.
• Regulatory risk. Laws and restrictions may change and affect your ability to trade.
• Technology risk. Bugs, latency, data delays, or Telegram/network failures may affect timeliness of information.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or results

• Indicators, patterns, and scores are mathematical constructs and may be wrong or lagging.
• Past patterns do not predict future price action.
• “Win rate” or historical examples, if shown, are illustrative only.
• We do not guarantee uptime, signal frequency, or profitability.

5. Leverage and derivatives

If you trade futures, perpetuals, or margined products, you may lose more than your deposited collateral. Ensure you understand liquidation, funding rates, and exchange margin rules before trading. TradeScenario does not calculate your liquidation price for your live account unless explicitly stated and even then you must verify on the exchange.

6. API keys and account security

If you connect exchange API keys:

• Use read-only keys when possible.
• Never share withdrawal-enabled keys with any third party.
• Compromise of your Telegram or API credentials may expose account data or enable unauthorized trading if permissions allow.

TradeScenario is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bybit, Telegram, or any exchange unless explicitly stated. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

By using TradeScenario, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you accept all risks associated with trading and with use of informational software, and that the operator of TradeScenario bears no responsibility for your trading losses or decisions.
